EA to release Battlefield 2 patch today at noon PT

The official Battlefield 2 site was updated late yesterday with more information about the upcoming patch. First off, great news: the patch will be released later today at 12:00 pm Pacific Time. For all you liberal arts majors, that's 3 pm Eastern Time.

Also, they have made the unranked server patch files for both Windows and Linux available now.

Keep an eye out for the patch and get it quick. I'm sure it will become difficult to download the patch fairly quickly as the thousands pound EA's ftp servers.
